CSHP Beaute Concept Polyclinic has a vision is to provide best Aesthetics services to patients in UAE. To position CSHP Beaute Concept Polyclinic as a preferred aesthetic services destination in the UAE, key focus areas for the coming financial year are as follows:



Responsible for leading  CSHP Beaute Concept Polyclinic to achieve revenue targets on a consistent basis (both top line & bottom line). Alongside ensure year on year growth. 


Responsible for Operational Excellence while we deliver all CSHP Beaute Concept Polyclinic services as per defined standard operating procedures (SOPs), alongside patient satisfaction.

Responsible for customer delight in each & every engagement with our customer. Focus on providing high quality care to create a loyal customer base.


Responsible for investing time to learn new skills which enable self and the team to deliver service excellence & patient delight. This year Learning & Development culture shall be a key pillar of our success. 


§ To achieve overall individual monthly revenue target 

§ To increase the targeted number of new patients enrolments 

§ To promote services to existing customers by sharing monthly offers 

§ To strive to cross-sell other clinic aesthetic services 

§ To participate in clinic events & promotions to boost sales 


§ Conduct thorough medical assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations, to accurately diagnose and treat common medical conditions. 

§ Provide primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, including health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of acute and chronic illnesses. 

§ Prescribe and administer appropriate medications, treatments, and therapies based on evidence-based guidelines, ensuring patient safety and well-being. 

§ Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests, imaging studies, and electrocardiograms, to aid in the diagnosis and management of medical conditions. 

§ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, considering their medical history, lifestyle, and preferences, and providing ongoing follow-up care. 

§ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as specialists, nurses, and allied health staff, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care. 

§ Educate and counsel patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications, empowering them to actively participate in their healthcare. 

§ Provide comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient encounters, medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes in patients' medical records. 

§ Stay updated on the latest developments in general medicine, evidence-based guidelines, and emerging treatment modalities, integrating them into clinical practice when appropriate. 

§ Adhere to ethical and legal standards in patient care, ensuring patient confidentiality, informed consent, and compliance with regulatory requirements. 

§ Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including patient safety programs, performance improvement projects, and adherence to clinical guidelines. 

§ Actively engage in continuing medical education and professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills. 

§ Maintain a professional and collaborative working relationship with the healthcare team, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.

§ To ensure that patient delight is a # 1 priority.

§ To demonstrate a smiling and cheerful attitude while meeting & greeting the patients

§ To show empathy and care to our patients on their concerns by always listening to them

§ To demonstrate teamwork to deliver patient satisfaction & service results.

§ To take prompt action to resolve patient escalations/queries if any at any given point of time.

§ To ensure that there is a paramount focus on self-learning. 

§ To be abreast and updated with role related developments. 

§ To ensure 4 hours are invested in trainings on a monthly basis to enhance work-related skills. 

§ To identify learning needs and inform the manager to coordinate with training vendor. 

§ To inspire workplace colleagues to enhance knowledge, attitude, and skills via new learning engagements. 

§ To share development needs with manager.
